Phillips Academy presented its highest honor, the Claude Moore Fuess Award, to two of Harvard University's highest ranking professors in recognition of their "distinguished contribution to public service." The two professors, George M. Whitesides and Robert C. Darnton, both graduated from Andover in 1957.
